Many employers sooner of later are faced with wage garnishment or sometimes multiple wage garnishments for one of more employees. &nbsp;But how to deal with this? 

In this training course, you will learn everything you need to know about wage garnishment. You will discover how it works, what steps to take and which regulations apply. &nbsp;

Dealing with wage garnishment in the Netherlands

During this training, our experts explain to you what you should do if your employee calls in sick and all the legal&nbsp; is unable to perform his duties due to illness and all the regulations that are involved.&nbsp; They do so using a practical case study.&nbsp;&nbsp; We will discuss several case studies to practice the theory.

After attending this training, you will be able to oversee what needs to be done when an employee calls in sick. You will be able to know how to communicate with the occupational health and safety service and know which legal actions you can take if an employee does not appear at the appointment with the company doctor or refuses to perform suitable work.
